What is Dengue Fever?

In severe cases, it can lead to dengue haemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome, both of which can be life-threatening.

About Qdenga Vaccine:

Qdenga provides protection against all four serotypes of the dengue virus.

It is recommended for:

  • Individuals aged 4 and above who are traveling to dengue-endemic areas
  • Individuals who have had confirmed dengue infection in the past.
  • Individuals who are exposed to dengue virus through their work. E.g. laboratory staff who work with the virus.

Qdenga course is a consists of 2 doses administered at 0 and 3 months

Please note that individuals that have had previous Dengue fever infection are only eligible for this vaccine. We will require written evidence of previous dengue fever infection prior to administering vaccination.
